Course description: MBSE Essentials
Audience
Our introduction course in MBSE targets anyone that has some previous knowledge of systems engineering or product creation, and wants to take a competence leap to obtain a basic understanding for how graphical models can enhance the practice of systems engineering.
Outcome
The course gives you a deeper understanding for model-based systems engineering and its relationship to systems engineering in general, but design and integration in particular. You will also learn how to create a structure for your architectural description that is adapted to the needs of your system and project-of-interest. We will also show you how to select effective description techniques that helps to keep a close eye on your most critical risks, uncertainties, and success factors.
The course is a course module in the Nordic MBSE School but also suitable as a standalone introduction to MBSE.
