Registration: At registration, you should receive an automatically generated confirmation message within a minute or so. The message contains the registration information you have submitted. Please check carefully that the information you have submitted is correct. Please contact us if you don’t receive a message or if the information is not correct.  At the latest two weeks before the course, we will send an information package with all practical information you need before the start of the course.

Cancellation and alteration policy: If you for any reason must cancel your registration, you can do that without cost up until 30 days before the course. Thereafter, up until 14 days before the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged. 

If you cancel your registration later than 14 days before the start of the course we will charge the full course fee. You can always transfer your registration to a colleague from the same organization.

If you have recieved a discount, we reserve the right to adjust the repaid course fee if remaining registrations from your organisation no longer fulfills the requirement for given discount. Satisfied customer promise: If a course fails to meet what we have promised, we guarantee that you can follow one of our equivalent courses without extra cost. The guarantee is valid only if you fulfil the knowledge requirements, and your profile is according to the anticipated audience for the course. Please contact us if you feel uncertain, and we will do our very best to help you.

Miscellaneous: This course is conducted in Finland and willl be invoiced by SYSE Oy. All prices are in Euro and are excludes 24% Finnish VAT.

We reserve the right to cancel course modules due to too few registrations or due to circumstances beyond our control. If a course is cancelled, paid course fees will be refunded.
