We want you to feel secure when using Decisionware's services, whether you are a customer or, for example, subscribe to our newsletters.

In order to provide you with the very best services and to be able to assist you if you have questions, we need to store certain information about you. We place great importance on always protecting your privacy and complying with laws and regulations. Therefore, we do not store your information longer than necessary and do everything we can to keep it secure. All information is stored by our provider in Sweden, and we do not use services that involve storing information in countries without proper protection of personal privacy.

Our processing and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with the so-called General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which has applied as law in all EU countries since May 25, 2018.

What do we store?

The personal data we store are details you provide yourself, such as name, address, organization number, phone number, email address, and information we need in order to invoice you, inform you, and administer your participation in our courses. In some cases, these are supplemented with other information that we obtain from other sources. The data are stored so that we can deliver the services you order from us, contact you, invoice you, and assist you if you have any questions. You may unsubscribe from newsletters and similar communications at any time.

The data are stored as long as you are a customer with us, use any of our services, or we have a legitimate interest in being able to reach you. After that, the data are deleted or anonymized within two years, except in cases where legislation requires a longer retention period (for example, according to the Swedish Accounting Act).

When you use services on our website, such as signing up for our newsletters or registering for a course with us, you also consent to our processing and storing of personal data related to you. The legal basis for using cookies is the fulfilment of our contractual obligations to you (session cookies) as well as our legitimate interests in conducting market and customer analysis, method and business development, and collecting statistical data (permanent cookies). The legal basis for storing personal data that you provide when signing up for our newsletter or one of our courses is to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you.
